This one hour presentation covers the current trends in cyber hacking, the ways companies can protect themselves and their customers, and good incident response planning in case of a breach. The Data Breach Notification laws and how they define personal, sensitive and financial information are also covered aw well as companies' obligations of notification after an incident or breach.
